These documents state the applicant’s medical professional, landlord or leasing agency, bank, and/or utility company can release information to The Breast Cancer Charities of America regarding medical and billing status. The information requested by BCCA will only deal directly with the application and funding process. Please see each form for additional details.

What is the Help Now Fund?
The Help Now Fund is a program designed for breast cancer patients, who are in need of emergency financial assistance for rent, mortgage, and/or utility bills (electric, water, and gas).
When Can I Apply?
The Help Now Fund program accepts applications monthly from the 1st through the 5th. Applications received after the 5th will not be considered for funding and applications are not held. Only applications submitted through the online system will be considered.
